Ingredients
Ground coffee, sugar, smoked paprika, garlic, onion, paprika, sea salt, orange peel.
Mix it Up
Rinse steak with cold water and pat dry. Rub about 2 Tbsp per pound of meat. Place meat in ziplock bag or airtight container and place in fridge for 3 hours - overnight.
Remove from refridge for 15 minutes before cooking. Cook on stove or grill using medium-low heat (250 - 275 F).
If grilling, mix your favorite BBQ sauce with 1 cup of beef stock and baste on steak while cooking.
