Meatloaf gets a bad name as being a boring, old fashioned dinner. Meatloaf might be a staple in some homes, but it doesn't have to be boring and it's very easy to make. This meatloaf recipe features our Texas Ranch flavor with a nice black pepper taste.
Ingredients
1 lb Ground Beef (or Ground Turkey)
1 Packet of Dippt Texas Ranch Mix.
1/4 Unseasoned Bread Crumbs
1 Egg
1/4 Cup Ketchup
1/8 Cup Honey
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire
Directions
Preheat over to 350. Mix beef, Texas Ranch Mix, Bread Crumbs, and Beaten Egg together.
Place mixture into a well-greased (non-stick spray works great) loaf pan to form. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and turn pan over, releasing loaf.
In a separate bowl, mix ketchup, honey, and Worcestershire. Brush over top of the loaf.
Bake 35-45 minutes until the meatloaf is at least 135 degrees. Cook a little longer if you like a darker "crust".
